Coaches Scott Roffers and Jason Schmitt headed to Chicago to compete in the IBJJF Chicago Spring Open.
Jason fought a tough match at weight but came up short on points, giving him 2nd place.
He went on to compete in the open division and lost the semifinal match, taking 3rd place.
Scott had no competitors in his weight class, but signed up for the open division. He submitted his first opponent via a light switch choke.
Scott lost a close final on points to take 2nd place.
