Two members of the Silverback BJJ team traveled to Kissimmee, Florida last week to compete at the IBJJF Pan Jiu-Jitsu Championships.Jason Schmitt had a tough match and didn’t come away with a win, but did great for his first competition at this level!Coach Scott Roffers placed 2nd in the black belt master 6 heavyweight division. He then signed up for the Open division. The Open division is an opportunity for all competitors that placed in their respective weight class to compete against each other in a bracket independent of weight class, but in the same age group. Scott placed 3rd in the master 6 open division.
