Head coach Scott Roffers headed to Austin, Texas to compete in the IBJJF Austin Winter Open Jiu-Jitsu tournament.
With only two heavyweights in the master 7 division, the final was the only match at weight. It was a hard fought match and lost by an advantage point near the end of the period.

Three other men signed up for the absolute division. Scott won the semifinal by points.
The two heavyweights had another battle for the absolute final. Scott secured a narrow victory by referee’s decision!
